Our software requires every individual travel agent or consultant to be associated with an Agency. Choose this option if you know your agency isn’t already set up in our system.

HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING FOR YOUR CLIENTS

Contact our reservations team via phone or email, or your preferred wholesaler, to reserve your expedition.

At the time of booking below is a list of information you will need to provide:

• Agency Name and Contact Details
  If you haven’t made a booking with us previously, save time by registering your agency here
• Consultants details
• Itinerary, Departure Date & Vessel
• Number of Passengers
• Stateroom Category/Type
• Guest Information
  • Name as per Passport & Date of Birth
  • Address and Contact Details (if you have these at the time)
  • Is your guest a Coral Expeditions Past Passenger – Yes or No
• Any Special Occasions/ Dietary Requirements/ Special Requirements to Note, Pre & Post-Arrival/Departure Information (if you have these at the time)
• Emergency Contact Details (if you have these at the time)

Please note:

• International itineraries require a minimum of 6 months validity on your passport from date of disembarkation and at least two free pages.
• Domestic itineraries no passport is required, but Government issued ID will be required.
• Your booking will be confirmed by email correspondence from our reservations team.
• Upon receiving confirmation cross-check all information and payment terms are correct /or advise of any amendments.
